Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days at our Melbourne Studio. Once dispatched, all domestic online orders are sent via Australia Post Ground. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, costs, and delivery timeframes for metro areas.

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Free for

  • Dispatch Time: 3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2-5 business days (via Australia Post Ground Parcel Service)

Priority Shipping

  • Cost: $20

  • Order Before 1 PM (AEST): Eligible for same-day dispatch. If your order falls on a weekend or VIC Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

  • Shipping Time: 1–3 business days (via TNT)

Same-Day Local Delivery (MELBOURNE Metro)

  • Cost: Between $15–$40 (calculated at checkout by our delivery partners)

  • Order Before 1 PM (AEST): Eligible for same-day delivery. If your order falls on a weekend or VIC Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Within approx. 90 - 120 mins

  • Note: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as parcels cannot be left unattended and will be returned.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of countries and territories.

  • Shipping Cost: At the moment AUD 50 for each fragrance and $25 for extra items

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Varies by destination.

  • Tracking: A FedEx tracking email will be sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by their country’s regulations.
