SALIRA was founded in 2016 by Alireza Shakoori, perfumer and chemist, and Samira Khadivizand, abstract artist and Art Director. The brand’s name was born by grafting letters from their own names — a poetic union that later revealed its Italian meaning: growth. It reflects the essence of SALIRA itself — an ever-evolving dialogue between science, art, and emotion.
