(Applicable to Australian and International Orders)
1. Our Promise
At SALIRA, we want every fragrance you receive to feel personal, evocative, and perfect for you.
Because scent is an intimate art form, we offer our customers the opportunity to discover their chosen fragrance before opening the full-size bottle.
When you purchase a full-size SALIRA fragrance (50 ml or 100 ml) online, a matching sample vial will be included with your order.
If, after trying the sample, you feel the fragrance is not right for you, you may request an exchange under our SALIRA Return & Exchange Guarantee.
2. How It Works
Contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of delivery at contact@salira.com.au quoting your order number and your preferred replacement fragrance.
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Return the unopened, sealed bottle in its original condition, together with any applicable gifts or promotional items received with your purchase.
Once received and approved, we will send your chosen replacement fragrance or issue a credit note if preferred.
3. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
The bottle must remain unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
Only full-size bottles (50 ml or larger) are eligible.
The accompanying sample vial must have been used to test the fragrance; the full bottle must not show any signs of use.
You must initiate the request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
4. Exclusions
Discovery sets, travel sizes, samples, candles, diffusers, or gift sets are not eligible for this guarantee.
Sale, outlet, discounted, or limited-edition items are excluded.
Products showing signs of tampering, wear, or improper packaging during return will not qualify.
Opened or sprayed bottles cannot be accepted for exchange due to hygiene and product integrity standards.
5. Shipping & Costs
Australia:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
Once your return is approved, we will dispatch your replacement fragrance within 2–5 business days.
International:
International customers may also participate in this guarantee.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes related to the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
6. Refunds
This policy offers exchange or credit only. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
Refunds are only issued in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant international consumer protections.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your fragrance arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Please retain all original packaging for assessment.
8. Additional Information
SALIRA reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time, with notice on our official website.
This guarantee operates in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent international regulations.
